About this roleWe are seeking a Senior Accounting Manager to join our finance team. As we scale our revenue engine from $8M to $50M ARR, we need someone who can set up strong financial systems and processes.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and run all core accounting operations - month-end close, reconciliations, payables, receivables, revenue recognition, fixed assets, and ledger management.Ensure statutory compliance, including PF, PT, GST, TDS, ROC filings, and other regulatory requirements.Build a strong accounting control environment, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency in financial reporting.Partner with finance leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.Manage cash flow visibility by maintaining accurate books and timely reconciliations.Requirements4+ years of experience in accounting, controllership, or audit (Big 4 experience preferred).Experience handling or scaling accounting operations in a SaaS or tech-led company.Prior experience building processes, systems, policies, and controls from scratch.Understanding of revenue recognition, deferred revenue, and subscription accounting nuances.What We OfferTop-of-market compensation.Generous equity (ESOP) offering.A dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and development.
