This is a full-time on-site role in Salt Lake, Kolkata. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in cash applications and AR processes, preferably with exposure to NetSuite and US clients.Key Responsibilities:Apply customer payments (Checks, ACH, Wires, EFT, Credit Cards) to accountsReconcile unapplied cash and resolve discrepanciesMaintain accurate financial records in NetSuite and ExcelGenerate cash flow and bank reports (daily/weekly/monthly)Support month-end/quarter-end closingCollaborate with AR and collections teamsAssist in customer and bank account reconciliationsRecommend process improvements and automation opportunitiesProvide audit support and ensure complianceMust-Have Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)2+ years of experience in Cash Applications/O2C/Accounts ReceivableHands-on experience with NetSuite or similar ERPStrong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF, etc.)Familiarity with US banking systems and payment methodsExcellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentGood to Have:Exposure to US GAAP, SOX, and revenue recognitionExperience with Jira, JPM Access, and NetSuite scriptingUnderstanding of US business cultureAudit support experiencePerks & Benefits:Work directly with US clients and counterpartsSkill-based career growth opportunitiesExposure to international accounting standards and toolsSupportive team and leadershipModern office in Sector V, Salt Lake, KolkataImportant Notes:On-site role only – Remote/hybrid candidates will not be consideredOnly candidates comfortable with 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST shift should applyPreference for immediate joiners or those with max 30-day noticeLet SpotHigher Careers help you rise higher and follow our LinkedIn page for more updates.visit our website: Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹350, ₹650,000.00 per yearExperience:Commensurate : 2 years (Preferred)Location:Salt Lake, Kolkata, West Bengal (Required)Shift availability:Night Shift (Required)Day Shift (Required)Overnight Shift (Required)Work Location: In person
