We are now expanding our Finance & Analytics team to strengthen decision-making and drive business growth.Key Responsibilities:- Lead deep-dive analysis across Marketing, Sales, Finance, Accounts, and Civil Execution to provide actionable business insights.- Develop, review, and maintain financial models for large-scale projects, including feasibility analysis, risk assessment, and long-term forecasting.- Advise management on pricing strategies, cost optimization, and capital allocation.- Evaluate competitor strategies, market dynamics, and industry opportunities.- Drive strategic MIS reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of insights.- Mentor and guide junior analysts, ensuring best practices in analysis and reporting.- Support leadership in board meetings, investor presentations, and strategic planning sessions.- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into business strategy.Required Skills & Qualifications:- CMA / CFA (preferred) with 2–4 years of relevant experience.- Proven expertise in financial modeling, valuations, and business analytics.- Strong business acumen with ability to connect numbers to strategic decisions.- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and data analytics tools.- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver under tight deadlines.
