Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Senior GRC Analyst.The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance roles within the financial services industry. They will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining internal policies, procedures, and controls to ensure adherence to SEBI regulations, internal guidelines, and industry best practices.Key responsibilities include:Developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies and action plans.Conducting regular risk assessments and maintaining a comprehensive risk register.Ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal policies.Preparing and presenting regular reports on GRC matters to senior management.Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, the candidate must possess the following skills and qualifications:Experience: 3-6 years of experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance roles within the financial services industry.Certifications: CISA, CISSP, and CEH certifications are highly desirable.Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of SEBI (Portfolio Managers) Regulation and other relevant SEBI regulations, circulars, and guidelines.GRC Frameworks: Familiarity with GRC frameworks such as ISO 27001 and NIST is essential.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Meticulous attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.BenefitsThis role offers a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.OthersWe are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from diverse candidates.
