This includes concepts like supervised/unsupervised learning, neural networks, etc.Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies for the GEN AI / Agentic RAG / LLM based application implementation, covering functional, performance, security, and ethical considerations.- Identify biases and failure modes in conversational flows.- Support Development of automated test suites for model retraining and updates.- Ability to understand, analyze, and prepare data used in AI development.- Working proficiency in languages like PythonResponsibilitiesWriting clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code Develop and support software including applications, database integration, interfaces, and new functionality enhancements Coordinate cross-functionally to insure project meets business objectives and compliance standards Support test and deployment of new products andfeatures Participate in code reviews. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field)
