Job Description for Oracle Fusion HCM Techno Functional Analyst - Compensation with Schneider Electric IndiaSchneider Electric (SE) is the global specialist in energy management and automation. About the group (SD): All IT needs for SE are managed by a group called Schneider Digital (SD); spread across 303 locations in 60 countries with over 2300 staff; along with various engagements with all major Global IT Service Providers.About the role\: As an Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Analyst, main role is to design / develop / Support solutions for HR processes in Schneider Electric and play a crucial role in digitization initiatives by the Organization.Qualifications & CertificationsB.Sc Computer Science Graduate or Engineering Graduate or Master of Computer Applications (MCA) Certification in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, either specialist or Implementor level from Oracle University.Required Skills (Must have) along with necessary industry experience GeneralMinimum 3+ year of Techno – Functional experience in Oracle Fusion HCM CloudKnowledge in Hire to Retire business process. Exposure to following modules (atleast 2) – Global HR / WFA / Talent / Benefits / T&L / Absence / PayrollShould have completed atleast 1 implementation in Fusion HCM Compensation module. Experience of working through Agile methodologyExcellent Communication skills and presentation skillsGood Exposure towards working in highly matrixed setup of Global MNCsWillingness to learn new products and processesFunctional CompetenciesFunctional Expertise on HCM Fusion Comp module - includes Configuration, Setups & fast formulasFunctional knowledge on other HCM modules is highly preferredExperience in Personalization (sandbox) and Functional Setup Manager usageConsulting skills to perform Fit/gap analysis, Business analysis, SDLC concepts such as Agile, Waterfall, Support Management.Technical CompetenciesGood knowledge and working experience in writing Fast FormulasGood knowledge of HCM table structures and data flowWorking experience in designing UDTs, Lookups & Worksheet dynamic columnsEssential Day-to-Day Responsibilities:As a consultant, Work towards enabling solutions via CHRs & Projects Resolve technical / config issuesAct as Technical L3 Support to resolve complex ticketsPerform testing & follow processes for Release Upgrades & Deployments Participate in Agile Scrum calls to provide updatesLearn, understand & assess release content document for upgradeDocument the solutions and prepare process flow diagramsShift TimingsThis is a Global Project spanning several countries in various time zone. Depending on the need the requirement would be to work in different time zones including US time zones.Qualifications & CertificationsB.Sc Computer Science Graduate or Engineering Graduate or Master of Computer Applications (MCA)Certification in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, either specialist or Implementor level from Oracle University.
