Greetings from Talent Leap We have few urgent openings for Group Product Manager role with our pharmaceutical clients based at Mumbai.
Role overview- The Group Product Manager will oversee the strategic planning, development, and execution of marketing strategies for assigned product portfolio. This role requires an in-depth understanding of the respective therapy market, strong marketing acumen, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and meet company objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement marketing strategies to maximize market share, profitability, and revenue growth for assigned product portfolio.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape.
- Product Development: Collaborate with R&D and regulatory teams to guide the development of new products and enhancements to existing ones.
- Marketing Campaigns: Design and execute effective marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, advertising, and promotional activities.
- Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to provide training, tools, and support to drive product adoption and sales performance.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical, regulatory, and supply chain, to ensure alignment and successful execution of product strategies.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget for the assigned portfolio, ensuring efficient resource allocation and ROI.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, KOLs, and industry partners.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
Qualifications - Experience: Minimum 5-6 years experience in Pharma PMT (Same therapy experience is preferred)

Job type & Location: These are full-time onsite roles based at the Mumbai location.
Note: People from the pharmaceutical industry with a minimum of 5-6 years of experience in product management should only apply. Other industry candidates or people without Pharma PMT experience shouldn't apply.
