Producing quality VFX content at scale, efficiently and with less friction is a challenge that requires fresh thinking. NetFX is an in-house visual effects platform that allows artists and productions to optimize work output on a global scale. This unique division provides streamlined VFX tools and resources to create, connect, and collaborate with productions anywhere in the world. NetFX pairs artist talent from around the world with productions to increase schedule flexibility and offer competitive market rates.


People who excel on this team are positive, kind, self-motivated, flexible of thought and able to juggle multiple responsibilities with a strong emphasis on organization and a drive to problem solve. This is a fast-paced environment and requires someone who is able to exercise good judgment and excellent communication.


Responsibilities

  • Work with key production stakeholders to create, implement and run production schedules, track and manage workflow through the departments to meet internal and external deadlines
  • Manage and ensure production schedules are on budget
  • Track and maintain project updates on ShotGrid
  • Lead the process of updating notes, project progress and critical information in the production database
  • Anticipate and communicate issues to the producer and supervisor and propose solutions
  • Lead the process of updating production coordinators on detailed schedule progress


Experience

  • Proven Production Management experience working for a VFX Studio / production house
  • Experience in managing multiple projects
  • Deep knowledge of the bidding, budgeting and scheduling process
  • Experience using ShotGrid over multiple productions to track progress
  • Excellent project management and client communication skills
  • Experience in managing client relationships and expectations
  • Vendor management experience is a plus
