We are hiring a high-quality Social Media Manager who is smart, reliable, and absolutely serious about their work.This role is meant for someone who understands Instagram deeply and can manage multiple client accounts without chaos.If you are fast, organised, and great at communication - you’ll love this job.Position: Social Media Manager (Execution + Coordination)Location: RemoteWork Days: Monday to SaturdayWork Hours: 11 AM – 8 PMSalary: 25,000 (in-hand)What You Will DoPlan, schedule & publish content for multiple client pagesCoordinate with editors, Brand managers & internal teamsEnsure timely posting, follow-ups & approvalsMaintain content calendars & workflowsWrite clear briefs and ensure perfect executionDo basic analytics & send performance reportsCommunicate with clients professionally for day-to-day updatesThis is a pure execution + organisation role No unnecessary marketing jargon, no fluff.We want someone who gets things done.Who Should ApplyYou understand Instagram content, reels, trends, formatsYou are extremely organised and can manage deadlinesYou communicate clearly and professionallyYou can coordinate between multiple people without stressYou want long-term stability and growthYou take ownership of your work and don’t need constant remindersRequirementsExcellent communication skills (English + Hindi)Prior SMM experience (client or personal projects)Strong sense of visuals, aesthetics & content flowAbility to manage multiple accounts confidentlyComfortable with a fast-paced startup environmentWilling to sign a 1-year commitment bondWhat You’ll GetSalary: 25,000 per month (in-hand)Work directly with leadership - fast growthHigh learning curve in content execution & managementA stable long-term role with responsibility and ownership
