Responsibilities:Core AccountabilitiesSolid knowledge on CMDB & Service Mapping.Implementation experience in ServiceNow Discovery & IRE modules.Experience in ServiceNow ITOM modules: Service Mapping, Discovery, Event Management, Cloud Management, Orchestration, CMDB and Asset Management.Implements the governance, policy, and direction of the CMDBWorks closely with the CMDB Governance, Asset Management, Application and ITSM teamsWorks with the Discovery administrator to ensure accurate data representation in the CMDBWorks with owners of data sources that are used to populate the CMDBWorks with the CMDB Health Dashboard to ensure data quality and resolve issuesMaintains and operates the ServiceNow ITOM based products (discovery, service mapping, configuration management, event management)Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports supporting CMDB Metrics and KPIsExperience with ServiceNow CMDB design, architecture and implementationsHands on with ServiceNow integrations to AWS APIs, Azure, VMware, Puppet/Chef/Ansible, Containers/Docker, integration & automation expertise with 3rd parties.Knowledge of various discovery technologies (ADDM, TADDM, DDMA/UD, etc.)Knowledge of various service modelling techniques (TPL, TQL, etc.)Support ServiceNow implementation / enhancements with technical support as required.Ensure Enterprise IT / Infrastructure standards are considered.Scripted Web-Services, AJAX, Business Rules, JavaScript, SOAP, REST SSO-SAML Setup.Integration of ServiceNow to Other Applications.Developed and Implemented Service Catalog items, Order guides, record producer, Variable Sets, UI Policies, Data policies, UI Actions, ACL- s, Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script includesShould have sound knowledge of scoped application development.Development and Configuration of ServiceNow In scope ModulesExperience integrating ServiceNow with various event management platforms (Netcool, HPOM, BPPM, etc).Desire IT Ops experience in storage, network and compute of enterprise environmentsWell versed with different ServiceNow productsHands on experience on Service Request Management and IT Service Management.Hands-on experience with Service Catalog & Asset Management products.Hands on experience on Catalog builder is a pre-requisiteHands-on experience on Integration Hub is a pre-requisiteHands-on knowledge in developing integrations with Platform while adhering to the servicenow best practices.Hands-on experience on Script Includes, Business Rules & Client scriptsExcellent communication skills - verbal & written are truly essentialDemonstrated experience working with business partners to interpret requirementsExperience working in Agile mode and working with remotely located teams.Great interpersonal skills result driven & Go-getter attitude is highly desirableStrong technical understanding of the ServiceNow platform in general and Integration toolsExperience working within Agile delivery methodologyWorking knowledge in more than one of the following disciplines: Operational risk management, enterprise risk management, business continuity and disaster recovery, vendor management , audit management, corporate compliance and policy manage
Preferred Certifications:ITIL V4 foundation certificationServiceNow Sys Admin, DiscoveryService Mapping, event managementServicenow CSA and CAD certification is mandatory.Servicenow CIS-ITSM is desired.
