Software Engineer in Test

We also enjoy working with people who are looking to learn new things and have a sense of responsibility toward their work.Experience: 3- 5 years in software testing, focusing on backend API testing and automation.Technical Proficiency: Strong experience in Java, with knowledge of Javascript/Typescript/Python. Experience with automation tools and frameworks suitable for Slack and MS Teams apps. Understanding of Microservices.API Testing Expertise: Proven ability in testing RESTful APIs, understanding their complexities, and ensuring optimal performance.Automation Skills: Demonstrated ability to develop UI test frameworks (Playwright/ Selenium) and implement CI/CD pipelines, especially for assistant applications and API integrations. Specific experience in automating tests for collaboration assistant applications, particularly for Slack and MS Teams.Problem-Solving Skills: Outstanding analytical abilities, capable of solving intricate problems and proposing effective solutions in a startup environment.Communication and Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills, able to collaborate efficiently within a team and across different departments.Should be familiar with Code editors like Cursor.What you'll do (responsibilities)Test AI Application: Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans for end to end to functionality, backend APIs and conversational interfaces, ensuring functionality and performance align with requirements.Collaboration App Automation: Design and implement robust automation frameworks for testing assistant applications on Slack and MS Teams, focusing on their seamless integration and interaction with web applications.Strategic Test Planning: Actively participate in design and architecture discussions, aligning test strategies with overall business goals.Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and advancements in testing methodologies, particularly for backend APIs and collaboration platform integrations.This role provides an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative startup environment, where your contributions will have a direct impact on the product's success and evolution.Why we are different (culture)As a part of Atomicwork, you can shape our company and business from idea to production.
