Job Title: ServiceNow Solutions ArchitectLocation: Hyderabad (Hybrid)Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow solutions across our enterprise. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in CMDB (Configuration Management Database), ServiceNow Discovery, and Service Mapping, with a strong understanding of ITOM and ITSM best practices.Main Responsibilities:Architect and design scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business and IT strategies.Lead the implementation and enhancement of CMDB, ensuring accurate and complete configuration item (CI) data.Drive ServiceNow Discovery implementation to automate asset and service detection across hybrid environments.Design and implement Service Mapping to visualize service dependencies and improve incident and change management.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Ensure platform governance, performance optimization, and adherence to ServiceNow best practices.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development and support teams.Develop and maintain architectural documentation, including data models, workflows, and integration designs.Stay current with ServiceNow releases and recommend adoption of new features.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.9+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform architecture and development.Proven experience with CMDB design and implementation.Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping.Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ITOM modules.Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using APIs, MID Servers, and other technologies.ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITOM or Discovery preferred.Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
