We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the design and delivery of high-impact learning programs.The Role:This role involves proactively identifying business needs and developing targeted training solutions that strengthen employee performance and productivity.Lead end-to-end training programs from design to delivery, achieving measurable improvements in performance and productivity.Author and maintain engaging training content for e-learning, virtual, and live sessions, with clear learning objectives and measurable outcomes.Analyze skill gaps and business priorities to develop targeted learning interventions that address performance barriers.Build and implement post-training evaluations and reinforcement micro-learnings to ensure knowledge retention and consistent on-the-job application.Own and continuously improve key KPIs, including time-to-perform, new hire ramp-up time, training completion and application rates, and measurable performance improvements.Develop and scale career development pathways that accelerate internal mobility and strengthen leadership and functional talent pipelines.Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, or Organizational Development.
