Job OpportunityOracle OTM Technical Specialist Role Summary:Lead the implementation of OTM upgrades to version 6.5.3, ensuring seamless transitions and minimizing downtime.Develop and deploy customized solutions tailored to meet business needs, driving process improvements and cost reductions.Key Responsibilities:Optimize database performance, SQL queries, and stored procedures to ensure efficient system operation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement infrastructure support for OTM environments.Troubleshoot post-upgrade issues and provide ongoing technical support to ensure business continuity.Document solutions and knowledge transfer to ensure smooth handovers and minimize onboarding times.Required Skills and Qualifications:4-7+ years of experience in OTM, including at least 2 full upgrade lifecycles.Hands-on expertise with OTM 6.5.x or similar versions.Strong understanding of OTM configurations, workflows, and integrations.Solid experience in Oracle DB administration and SQL/PLSQL development.Familiarity with server, middleware, and infrastructure elements of OTM.Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.Background in logistics or supply chain is beneficial but not required.
