Join us in celebrating the fusion of tradition with innovation in the world of culinary arts.Role Description:This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive/Sr. Pastry Chef at Kofteci Foodkrafts, located in Bengaluru. Looking for a Dessert Specialist with strong knowledge of cheesecake and chocolate preparation. The candidate must have experience working under an R&D team, contributing to product development, recipe trials, and dessert innovation while ensuring high quality and consistency.QualificationsShould have contributed to creating, testing, and refining dessert recipes in an R&D environment.Must be capable of developing innovative cheesecake and chocolate-based products aligned with brand standards.Ability to document recipes, conduct trials, and ensure consistency during scale-up.Experience in managing kitchen operations, including inventory and team supervisionKnowledge of food safety standards and hygiene regulationsAbility to design and create unique recipes, with expertise in Turkish and Ottoman-inspired dessertsExcellent organizational skills to manage multiple operations efficientlyA professional culinary certification or degree is preferredPrior experience in a premium pastry/cuisine establishment is highly desirable
