Senior Network Architect Position AvailableThe ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Telecom and Datacom industries, with a strong background in AI and ML.A minimum of 15 years of total experience is required, with at least 10 years in Telecom (4G/5G & IMS) and/or Datacom (Routing, Switching / SD-WAN / Provider Edge).8+ years of hands-on experience with ML Algorithms; Graph Neural Networks, Time-series Forecasting Algorithms (ARIMA, LSTM…)Solid programming skills in Python and proficiency with ML/DL libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).Strong experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, Hugging Face, Crew AI, OpenAI APIs, etc.).Experience in Agentic AI, autonomous multi-agent systems and RAG pipelines.Proven experience building multiple AI/ML solutions for Telecom and Networking use cases.Must be able to communicate complex technical information effectively and drive architectural direction of the products.Track record in designing and deploying data pipelines on GCP (BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc, Pub/Sub) for batch and real-time streaming. Experience in dealing with carrier class data sets of terabyte-scale.Proven experience deploying ML systems on AWS and Databricks.Expertise in building scalable AI infrastructure using Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, EKS, automating deployments and ensuring high availability with autoscaling and observability.Knowledge of vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.) and MLOps frameworks (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow).We are seeking a highly skilled individual who can drive the development of our AI and ML capabilities.Responsibilities:Develop and implement AI and ML strategies to drive business growth.Lead cross-functional teams to design and deploy AI and ML solutions.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in AI and ML.Provide technical guidance and support to other teams as needed.
