• Manage design develop create and maintain smallscalethrough to largescale construction projects in a safe timely andsustainable manner
• Conduct onsiteinvestigations and analyze data (maps reports tests drawings andother)
• Carry out technical and feasibilitystudies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technicalspecifications
• Assess potential risksmaterials and costs
• Provide advice and resolvecreatively any emerging problems/deficiencies
• Oversee and mentor staff and liaise with a variety ofstakeholders
• Handle over the resultingstructures and services for use
• Monitorprogress and compile reports in project status
• Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials
• Comply with guidelines and regulations including permitssafety etc and deliver technical files and other technicaldocumentation as required

• Provenworking experience in civil engineering
• Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations softwaresuch as AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar
• Proficiency in site layout grading utility design erosioncontrol regulatory approvals etc
• Projectmanagement and supervision skills
• Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills
• Thelicense of a professional engineer
• BS/MA inCivil Engineering
