T24 System AdministratorWe are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of T24 System Administrator. As a critical member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation and maintenance of our T24 system.Key Responsibilities:Technical Support: Provide prompt and effective technical support for T24 COB processes, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner.Cycle Operations Management: Monitor and oversee COB processes, detecting and addressing any discrepancies that may arise during the cycle.Collaboration: Work closely with various stakeholders, including operations, finance, and IT teams, to ensure smooth processing of COB transactions.Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve COB-related issues, including transaction processing errors, accounting discrepancies, and system problems.System Administration: Administer and maintain the T24 system, ensuring it is properly configured and optimized for COB operations.Technical Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve complex technical problems, escalating to senior management or external support as needed.Process Optimization: Collaborate with the IT team to implement system updates and improve overall process efficiency.Documentation and Compliance: Maintain and update COB procedures and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.Reporting and Analytics: Prepare and submit regular reports on COB operations, including transaction volumes, processing times, and error rates.Requirements:Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience: 5+ years of experience in T24, with a focus on providing technical support and troubleshooting for COB processes.Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of T24/Transact system, strong understanding of T24 architecture, including application server and database server.Certifications: T24 certification or equivalent experience.
