Job Description:
Position Overview:
The Program Value Strategist will be responsible for articulating, showcasing, and enhancing the value delivered by our programs. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between technical execution and business impact, ensuring that the value of our work is clearly communicated and leveraged both internally and externally.
The ideal candidate will be an MBA graduate from Tier 1 or Tier 2 only (must-have) with an engineering background who possesses a passion for technology, excellent communication skills, strong analytical capabilities, and strong storytelling via presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
Value Articulation and Communication:
- Develop and implement frameworks to quantify and articulate the value delivered by various programs.
- Create compelling narratives and case studies to highlight program successes.
- Be part of the change management to roll out the business value framework across all the accounts
- Be part of the growth strategy and be part of the value creation for the accounts and larger enterprise
- Develop and execute a communication strategy to share program value with internal stakeholders and external clients.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in.
- Regularly update stakeholders on program progress, successes, and areas for improvement.
- Conduct workshops and presentations to communicate the value of programs effectively.
Best Practices and Continuous Improvement:
- Identify, document, and disseminate best practices across programs to ensure consistency and excellence.
- Implement a feedback loop to continuously gather insights and improve program delivery.
- Encourage cross-functional collaboration to foster innovation and efficiency.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Develop metrics and KPIs to evaluate program success and impact.
- Conduct data analysis to generate insights and support decision-making.
- Prepare and present reports on program performance and value delivered.
Strategic Initiatives:
- Work with senior leadership to identify and develop strategic initiatives that enhance program value.
- Lead or participate in cross-functional projects to drive organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Education: MBA degree from a reputable institution, with an undergraduate degree in engineering or a related technical field.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding and passion for digital platform software development and delivery.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical capabilities, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling narratives and presentations.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in digital transformation.
- Proficiency in tools and platforms for data analysis and communication.
