Marketing Content Specialist –Remote /New Delhi /Night Shift


6-10 years of experience as a Marketing Content Specialist


Responsibilities include:


  • Draft, edit and proofread content for marketing materials including videos, sales flyers, internal trainings and company newsletters.
  • Collaborate on marketing materials, such as blog posts, articles and company recognition program.
  • Work with Delivery Team to prepare and finalize content for client presentations.
  • Support social media initiatives including company LinkedIn, X, Facebook and Instagram.
  • Help maintain and grow company presence on job/employment websites.
  • Assist in the coordination, planning and execution of company participation at in person and virtual events.
  • Handle the renewal process of all certifications verifying company's diverse ownership status.


A successful candidate has:


  • Excellent writing, editing, verbal communication and organizational skills.
  • A strong MS Office skill set including; Word, Outlook, Power Point and Excel.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to take direction and execute accordingly.
  • Ability to think creatively and to share ideas.
  • Proven experience as marketing specialist or similar role
  • Well-organized and detail oriented
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills
  • MBA in marketing, communications or equivalent
  • Ready to work in Night Shift
