Product VisionaryWe are seeking a Product Visionary to join our team.The Product Visionary defines, governs, and executes the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for the VeriLoan Collection module. This role ensures that the product empowers financial institutions to manage delinquency, automate collection strategies, improve recovery rates, enhance compliance, and reduce operational cost.Communicate the product vision, strategy, and go-to-market approach for VeriLoan Collection.Follow up the main product VeriLoan improvements and align Collection module development accordingly.Own, prioritize, and regularly update the product backlog.Convert business, risk, and regulatory requirements into actionable user stories.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and communicate changes in priorities.Monitor VeriLoan Collection performance using analytics and KPIs.Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and serve as the voice of collection teams throughout the product lifecycle.The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure services, decision engines, and integration patterns. They will also have prior exposure to enterprise banking products on Collections and knowledge of delinquent cases classification, allocation, collections strategies, and relevant regulatory frameworks.Key Responsibilities:Assign and track ownership of product and project actions.Document dependencies and milestones for collections enhancements.Ensure accountability and timely completion across contributors.Represent VeriLoan Collection in demos, implementations, conferences, workshops, and strategic meetings.Contribute to roadmap preparation and execution for Loan Origination and Loan Service request modules as required.Requirements:Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure services, decision engines, and integration patterns.Prior experience with enterprise banking products on Collections.Knowledge of delinquent cases classification, allocation, collections strategies, and relevant regulatory frameworks.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.Remote work support.Health insurance.Care program.Online psychological support.
