RenderNet is a YCombinator and Google for Startups backed company building Generative AI tool for designers. We are changing the way design is done today and building a collaborative platform powered by Generative AI.


This is a visual heavy role and requires hands on work to refine and reform product, brand, and all other visual aspects.


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of design experience preferably in a high paced startup
  • Design system - Know how to maintain and build a design system
  • Data analysis - ability to analyse data and understand funnel drop and and reasons behind it and build solution to fix the leaks
  • User empathy - Able to draw user flow, understand friction and improve overall experience of the product.
  • Marketing - Conceptualize and build marketing material which sells the product you have built.
  • Web application design - Knowledge designing web application with responsive layout along with breakpoints.
  • Team collaboration - Work with PMs, founders, and engineers to understand issues and build solutions.


Responsibilities

  • UX - Responsible for overall UX along and work with founders and product manager to build plans to improve and overhaul the product.
  • UI - Obsess over every pixel of the product and improve design across the board.
  • Marketing and Branding - responsible for building branding and marketing material which sell your product on all channels

  • AI tools and open source stacks - asses capabilities of what is new on the horizon and how it can be used by creatives.
  • Data analytics - Understand data stack and how they work to figure out how to measure, what to measure, and how to interpret data.
