Technical Support SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled technical support specialist to join our organization. The ideal candidate will provide second-level technical assistance for desktop/laptop hardware, software, and peripheral issues.The successful candidate will have excellent troubleshooting skills for break/fix issues of Windows and Mac computers. They will also be able to assist with network connectivity issues, including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN.In addition to technical expertise, the Technical Support Specialist will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.The role will involve collaborating with IT team members on projects, upgrades, and implementations, while maintaining accurate records of work performed, issues, and resolutions using our ticketing system.Provide second-level technical assistance for desktop/laptop hardware, software, and peripheral issues.Diagnose and resolve advanced technical issues escalated from the L1 support team.Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and system updates.Perform root cause analysis to identify recurring technical problems and develop solutions.Assist with network connectivity issues, including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN.The successful candidate will hold an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
