Technical Leadership RoleWe are seeking a seasoned technical leader to spearhead the growth and development of our engineering team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This position is ideal for individuals who excel in dynamic settings, have a strong track record of developing both people and systems, and want to contribute to shaping our product and engineering vision.Main Responsibilities:Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers across multiple product areas.Culture Development: Foster a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and high performance.Talent Management: Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and engineer growth plans.Hiring: Identify hiring needs, partner with Talent/HR, and drive the technical hiring process.Technical Decision Making: Guide architectural and technical decisions for scalable, resilient, and sustainable solutions.Project Delivery: Oversee end-to-end engineering project delivery, ensuring quality and predictability.Quality Standards: Maintain high engineering standards around code quality, testing, and documentation.Process Improvement: Champion best practices in CI/CD, DevOps, monitoring, and incident management.Collaboration: Collaborate with Product, Design, and Business teams to define roadmaps and align priorities.Communication: Translate complex product requirements into actionable technical plans.Status Updates: Communicate project progress, risks, and trade-offs to leadership and stakeholders.Scalability: Implement processes that scale with the team and product growth.Bottleneck Resolution: Anticipate and resolve technical or organizational bottlenecks.Culture Building: Contribute to building a strong engineering culture rooted in transparency, autonomy, and accountability.Requirements & Experience:7–12+ years of professional software engineering experience.2–5+ years leading engineering teams as an Engineering Manager or equivalent.Proven experience in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments.Strong expertise in modern web technologies, cloud infrastructure, and scalable architectures.Hands-on experience with agile methodologies and efficient product delivery practices.Demonstrated success in hiring, coaching, and developing engineering teams.Ability to balance technical depth with leadership and communication skills.Comfortable operating in ambiguous, evolving environments.PREFERRED SKILLS:Experience managing remote or hybrid engineering teams.Exposure to startups that have scaled rapidly (Series A–C+).Familiarity with data platforms, AI/ML, or mobile applications (optional).Strong product mindset and a focus on customer-centric solutions.Ability to operate strategically and tactically.
