By combining creativity with technology, the company shapes unique strategies for long-lasting success.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid internship role based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for remote work when required.The Sales Intern will play a key role in supporting Kaleido Studios’ business development efforts by identifying potential clients, managing initial outreach, coordinating with the marketing and project teams, and assisting in proposal preparation and follow-ups.The role provides hands-on exposure to B2B sales processes, client relationship management, and marketing pipeline coordination in a creative agency environment.Day-to-day responsibilities include:Researching and identifying potential leads in target industries (startups, tech, and service sectors)Coordinating with third-parties to manage and track warm leadsMaintaining and updating the CRM with lead status and communication recordsAssisting in preparing proposals and sales decks with guidance from higher managementFollowing up with prospects and scheduling discovery or pitch meetingsSupporting social media and marketing teams in aligning outreach messaging with campaignsPreparing weekly sales reports and contributing to sales review meetingsQualificationsStrong verbal and written communication skillsInterest in sales, marketing, and client relationship managementOrganized and detail-oriented, with an ability to multitask and prioritizeSelf-motivated with a willingness to learn and take initiativeComfortable with tools like Notion, or CRM platformsPursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or CommunicationPrior internship experience in sales or marketing is a plus
