Financial Operations SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Specialist to join our team.About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire financial operations process, including accounting, payroll, and compliance.Key responsibilities include preparing and filing GST returns, reviewing and verifying GST-related documents, monitoring changes in GST regulations, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, overseeing the entire payroll process, maintaining and updating employee payroll records, handling payroll tax deductions and compliance, accurately recording financial transactions, maintaining general ledger entries, reconciling bank statements and credit card transactions, generating financial reports and statements, assisting in analyzing financial data, collaborating with the finance team to prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring compliance with all relevant Indian accounting and tax regulations, keeping abreast of changes in tax laws and accounting standards, and providing necessary documentation and information as required.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Proven experience as an Accountant with expertise in GST filing, payroll management, and bookkeeping in an Indian context.Thorough understanding of Indian accounting principles, taxation, and regulatory requirements.Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office suite.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members and external stakeholders.Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
