Senior Security Strategist

Job OverviewThe role of Cybersecurity Lead is to drive improvement of IT security posture by identifying cybersecurity risks and implementing technical risk mitigating measures, supporting compliance with TRM and ISO 27001 programs, and monitoring and investigating security alerts.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and mitigate cybersecurity risks through implementation of technical solutions.Assess and evaluate IT security aspects and cybersecurity risks of critical software, tools, systems etc.Collaborate with the project management office to maintain and improve MAS Technology Risk Management compliance and ISO 27001 certification.Monitor systems, investigate cybersecurity alerts, and respond appropriately.Develop and conduct IT security training programs for employees.Qualifications: A degree in Information Security or Computer Science, at least 5 years of experience in financial institutions or fintechs, good understanding of cryptocurrency risks, knowledge of MAS TRM, ISO 27001, CIS standards, CISM/CISSP certification or equivalent, technical skills in using security tools, DevSecOps experience a plus, excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.RequirementsTechnical experience with security toolsDevSecOps experience preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skills
