Strategic Business Intelligence LeaderAs a Strategic Business Intelligence Leader, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing the BI strategy, leveraging data to drive informed decision-making, and ensuring data integrity and accuracy.Lead the development and execution of the organization's BI strategy, aligning it with business goals and objectives.Oversee data analysis activities, including data mining, trend analysis, and predictive modelling, to extract actionable insights and support decision-making.Create comprehensive reports, dashboards, and data visualizations that provide stakeholders with timely, relevant, and accurate information.Establish data governance policies, procedures, and standards to ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.Manage a team of BI professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Manage data mapping, reconciliation and conversion.Recommend plans for systems development and operations, hardware and software purchases, and staffing.Manage the development, implementation, installation, and operation of information systems.Ensure stable operation of the network and databases by scheduling updates and functionality tests.Schedule periodic reports regarding MIS performance.Review reports of computer equipment production, malfunction, and maintenance.Develop, maintain, and test disaster recovery plans.
