Fusion HCM Payroll ExpertAs a Fusion HCM Payroll Expert, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring Oracle HCM Cloud payroll solutions.Key Responsibilities:70% Functional and 30% technical expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud.Implementations experience with US and Canada Payroll elements set ups/configurations.Strong functional and technical knowledge of payroll (payroll process/element setup) for US and Canada region.US and Canada Year End Knowledge (t4/rl1/w4).North America Taxation expertise.Ability to write fast formula for payroll elements.Experience with BIP and OTBI development.SDLC and JIRA knowledge.HDL experience.Payload Balance Initializations and Balance Adjustments for US and Canada localizations.Payload slip template customizations.Preparation of functional required documents.Reggression testing of RICE components.Functional experience in US and Canada Payroll.Troubleshooting open cases/issues and coordinating with the team.Consulting on requested configuration changes.Analyzing the impact of configurational changes to Payroll Fast Formulas.Synergy with stakeholders to resolve priority issues.Data integrity and governance through large/complex data imports and extracts.Support for integrations, reports, and large data imports/extractions.Migrations, releases, upgrades, and/or patches - mitigating risk/downstream impacts.Requirements:Master or equivalent graduate in computer science, engineering, or other relevant fields.Good knowledge of Oracle fusion HCM modules and Payroll area.Desired Skills:Strong communications skills (both verbal & written).Positive and learning attitude.Ready to work night shifts.
