Role and Responsibilities: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager/Territory Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving growth and hitting sales targets by effectively managing the sales team. Your main responsibilities will include:Motivating and encouraging the sales team to ensure targets are metReviewing and analyzing sales and operational records and reports to determine profitability and targetsIdentifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition statusIdentifying and analyzing customer preferences to properly direct sales effortsAssigning territories and setting targets for sales teamsBuilding and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needsCollaborating with executive leadership to develop sales targets and strategiesPreparing sales budget, monitoring and approving expensesActing as a company representative at trade association meetingsPerforming other duties as assignedDesigning and implementing a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presencePresenting sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team Candidate Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Territory Manager in the Wellness and Fitness Services industryDemonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growthStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to analyze sales data and market trendsKnowledge of customer preferences and industry best practicesAbility to develop and implement sales strategiesProficiency in MS Office and CRM softwareWillingness to travel and work in a fast-paced environment Required Skills:Sales ManagementTerritory ManagementStrategic PlanningBusiness DevelopmentCustomer Relationship Management
