Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Production Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective production plans, schedules, and strategies for Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA).About the RoleDevelop and implement production plans, schedules, and strategies for PCBA, considering capacity, resources, and customer requirements.Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify bottlenecks, optimize resource allocation, and improve overall efficiency.Evaluate and implement new technologies and methodologies to enhance PCBA processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives.Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in PCBA to contribute innovative ideas for process improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, engineering / maintenance, process and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration of PCBA processes within the overall manufacturing workflow.Coordinate with project managers to align production schedules with project timelines and customer delivery expectations.Provide accurate and timely reports on production status, highlighting any potential issues and proposing solutions.Collaborate with the quality control team to maintain high standards of product quality during the PCBA process.Work closely with suppliers & SCM team to ensure timely availability of materials and components required for PCBA, maintaining optimal inventory levels.Key Skills and QualificationsStrong understanding of PCBA processes, equipment, and industry standards.Proficiency in using production planning software and ERP systems.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across diverse teams.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic manufacturing environment.Detail-oriented with a commitment to meeting deadlines and achieving production targets.Good in Manpower management.What We OfferA competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development.
