Assistant Manager Finance Job DescriptionAs an Assistant Manager Finance, you will play a pivotal role in managing the financial operations of our organization. You will be responsible for executing the month-end closing process, posting journal entries related to general ledger accounting, and performing revenue reconciliation between ERP and portal systems.Execute the month-end closing process relating to revenue recognition.Post journal entries related to GL accounting.Perform revenue reconciliation ERP v/s Portal.Additionally, you will coordinate with multiple stakeholders for driving accurate revenue provisioning, drive projections for weekly forecasts, circulate MIS and other reports to respective stakeholders, prepare month-end schedules, and ensure all accounts are reconciled and supported.You will also assist external/internal auditors with audit queries, coordinate with support teams for any issues/queries, prepare and maintain documented procedures, and ensure compliance. Furthermore, you will actively identify and participate in process improvements, develop Power BI reports for various day-to-day needs, and undertake ad-hoc and special projects as needed.Required Skills and QualificationsTo excel in this role, you will require:Bachelor's/master's degree (concentrating on finance, accounting) or semi-qualified CA will be an added advantage.At least 3 years of experience in finance & accounting in revenue accounting.End-to-end accounting knowledge is a must.Proficiency in MS Office suite.Good analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills.Ability to take ownership of your workload and prioritize meeting deadlines.Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data.BenefitsThis role offers:Enhance your leadership acumen by joining the journey to create global scale and 'World Best'.Challenge yourself to do something path-breaking.
