Wins are celebratedKey Responsibilities:● Manage end-to-end recruitment for cybersecurity and advanced tech roles acrossdomains such as SOAR, SOC, EDR/MDR, AI/ML Security, and Cybersecurity Analytics.● Develop a strong understanding of client businesses, their cybersecurity frameworks, andtechnical talent requirements.● Work closely with hiring managers to define role specifications and deliver high-qualitytechnical talent within defined SLAs.● Source, evaluate, and close candidates across mid to senior levels in Security Operations,Threat Intelligence, Incident Response, and Automation Engineering.● Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and candidates, acting as a strategichiring partner.● Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity technologies, tools, and certifications tostrengthen domain expertise.● Use AI-driven sourcing methods, networking platforms, and referrals to identify topcybersecurity talent.Great to have:● Prior experience hiring for SOC, SOAR, EDR/MDR, AI/ML Security, or Threat Intelligenceroles.● Strong understanding of technical skill sets in cloud security, endpoint protection, andincident management.● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.● Strong multitasking, analytical, and organizational abilities.● Passion for cybersecurity hiring and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
