About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned Cloud Security Architect to join our team.This critical position involves designing and implementing robust security policies across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid infrastructure.The ideal candidate will have expertise in GCP security, Kubernetes application hardening, and policy-as-code frameworks. Strong Terraform skills and GitOps experience are also required.Broad responsibilities include:Enterprise Security: Enforce compliance with industry standards such as ISO 27001 and SOC 2.Policies and Automation: Define policy-as-code and embed continuous checks to ensure security by design.Infrastructure Hardening: Implement automated drift alerts and self-healing playbooks for VPCs, firewall rules, and Kubernetes clusters.Monitoring and Incident Response: Configure Cloud Audit Logs, SIEM exports, and custom alerts to lead investigations and develop runbooks for cloud-wide incidents.To succeed in this role, you should have deep expertise in cloud security, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Python scripting.Requirements5+ years driving security in dynamic environments with deep familiarity in fintech and portfolio-management standards.Deep expertise with GCP security (IAM, KMS, VPC Service Controls) and Kubernetes application hardening.Strong Terraform or equivalent skills and GitOps experience (ArgoCD, Flux).Proficiency in Python scripting and policy-as-code frameworks (OPA, Gatekeeper).
