Your Role :

You will be responsible for driving sales and expanding the market presence of Biplob World Books to Offline Individual retail stores and Organised retail chains. This role involves managing existing and creating new retail and distribution channels, developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with key accounts and collaborating with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on promotional activities and product launches.

Key Responsibilities :
· Develop and implement sales and distribution strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for Biplob World Books.
· Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
· Create sales forecasts and manage budgets effectively.
· Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote Biplob World Books.
· Monitor sales performance and analyze data to track progress against goals.
· Prepare regular sales reports and present findings to senior management.
· Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors and Individual retail stores.
· Negotiate terms and conditions with buying teams to secure profitable deals.
· Conduct regular sales calls, presentations, and business reviews with key customers.
· Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and sales materials.
· Provide feedback from the market to help shape future product development.

Who We Are Looking For :
· Experience: Minimum 3 years, preferably in the Children book publishing or related industry.
· Qualification: Graduate
Essential: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Creative thinker with a passion for sales and the ability to collaborate and lead a multi-stakeholder vertical.
