Are you passionate about live entertainment and have a deep understanding of the vibrant Delhi market? We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Growth Executive to spearhead our expansion efforts in Delhi’s dynamic live entertainment scene. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth by building strong relationships with local venues and identifying new opportunities for partnership.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive Growth in Delhi: Lead the charge in expanding our presence across Delhi’s live entertainment landscape, focusing on strategic growth initiatives that align with our company’s objectives.
Engage with Local Venues: Work closely with existing venues to strengthen partnerships, ensuring that they maximize the benefits of our offerings.
Sign Up New Venues: Identify and onboard new live venues across Delhi, negotiating and finalizing agreements that contribute to our growth targets.
Market Understanding: Leverage your in-depth knowledge of Delhi’s live entertainment market to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, ensuring our strategies are well-aligned with local dynamics.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of growth strategies, from signing new venues to enhancing customer experiences.
Day-to-Day Activities: Engage in regular outreach, meetings, and negotiations with venue owners and managers, maintaining a proactive approach to relationship management and business development.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in business development or growth roles, particularly within the live entertainment industry.
Strong understanding of the Delhi market, with existing relationships within the local live venue community being highly advantageous.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
A proactive and results-driven mindset, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Passion for live entertainment and a keen interest in shaping the future of the industry in Delhi.
