Job DescriptionAs a seasoned Frontend Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge frontend architecture for large-scale applications. Your expertise in modern frontend frameworks, JavaScript, and TypeScript will enable you to lead the design and evolution of our frontend systems.Your role will involve evaluating and implementing microfrontend architecture to enhance scalability and independent deployments across distributed teams. Additionally, you will modernize legacy codebases through refactoring, library upgrades, and framework migrations.You will also integrate shared UI libraries and internal components across multiple frontend systems, ensuring seamless interactions between our frontend and backend teams.We are seeking an experienced professional who can provide technical leadership to our frontend team, define coding standards, and enforce clean architecture principles. You will conduct code reviews, establish unit testing practices, and ensure engineering excellence throughout our development process.Mentoring junior developers and supporting talent development across the team is also an essential part of this role. Furthermore, you will drive technical interviews and contribute to frontend talent acquisition, helping us build a high-performing team.In this position, you will act as the senior technical contact for complex bug fixing, performance bottleneck resolution, and rapid-response production support. Collaboration with our backend teams maintaining Node.js/Express services will be key to ensuring seamless application behavior.You will implement diagnostic tools, logs, and debugging strategies for legacy frontend-backend interactions, improving our overall application reliability.Required Skills and QualificationsWe are looking for an individual with strong proficiency in:JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks (React preferred; Angular/Vue acceptable if strong fundamentals)Experience architecting large-scale frontend applications and microfrontend architectureDeep understanding of Node.js and Express.js fundamentals (for debugging and backend collaboration)Expertise in frontend tooling: Webpack, Babel, NPM/Yarn, module bundlersStrong debugging and performance optimization skills in complex, legacy frontend systemsBenefitsThis role offers a dynamic and challenging work environment where you can grow professionally and personally.
