To provide effective, dynamic and inspirational leadership in order that every child is able to fulfil their true potential.Purpose of the role:To ensure effective utilization of existing human and material resources for the progress of the institution.To provide guidance to the teachers in planning, designing and implementing instructional strategies to attain the objectives of institutionAcademic Excellence:Ensuring high-quality performance in curricular and co-curricular activitiesRegular monitoring of teacher performance through Class ObservationsConducting staff meetings in the schoolPlanning sound institutional polices in the areas such as curriculum, teaching and learning activities, classroom management, learning problems, guidance and counselling, campus discipline, management of resources and infrastructure and professional development of teachersTo oversee the planning of the curriculum for all the classesStaff development:Training of staff membersDelegating work as per requirement to the teamSupporting the team wherever requiredGiving regular feedback to the teamDeveloping second in lines in view of growth in the organizationOrienting the staff towards the Vision, Mission, Ethos and CultureTo oversee manpower requisition needs along with HRSchool Operations:Implement school operations systems and processesRegular review of school operations and performancePositive organizational climate:Boosting morale of the teachers and studentsInculcating a sense of identity and pride in the members of the schoolCreating a positive attitude among the members towards the institution and bring values and culture of the schoolPromoting good work culture in the schoolPositive image of the school Interacting and dealing with parentsEnsuring involvement of parents in the school activitiesWorking closely with Marketing team to explore avenues for representing the school in external forumsTo enhance the image of the school as an inclusive modelAdmissions:Suggesting ways to increase the no. of enrolmentsTo work closely with the marketing team to increase student numbers to optimal strength of the schoolAdministration:Ensure through the admin team that events are conducted flawlesslyTo attend all scheduled meetings such as Operations' Committee, review and coordination meetingTo oversee infrastructure along with campus administratorTo monitor adherence to approved budgetAge: 35 to 40 yearsExperience: 10 to 12 years' total experience with minimum 2 years of experience as Center Head or Principal in a school of repute is required.Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate. B.Ed or NTT (Mandatory).Key Skills:Excellent communication skills and a pleasing personalityOutstanding school administration skills and education management.Capability to manage people staff teachers and parentsDecision-making, time management and commitment towards creating productive educational experience
