With a growing portfolio of enterprise and global clients, Altre Build Tech combines deep domain expertise, strong governance, and digital tracking tools to ensure time, cost, and quality certainty across all project phases.Role OverviewThe Project Manager will lead the end-to-end delivery of interior fit-out, design & build, or PMC projects for corporate, GCC, and enterprise clients. The role requires strong leadership across planning, execution, quality management, stakeholder coordination, vendor control, and governance, ensuring that project objectives are met in alignment with contractual terms, budgets, timelines, and Altre’s delivery standards. This is a client-facing role requiring high ownership, technical depth, and strong communication skills to drive collaboration between clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.Key Responsibilities·       Project Planning & Mobilization·       - Develop project charters, execution plans, and delivery schedules aligned with client requirements.·       - Coordinate design finalization, statutory approvals, and mobilization readiness.·       - Conduct risk assessments and establish mitigation plans for time, cost, and quality.·       Project Execution & Monitoring·       - Drive day-to-day execution and monitor progress through defined milestones, dashboards, and reports.·       - Ensure strict adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and statutory/safety standards (NBC/NFPA/IGBC where applicable).·       - Review and control construction quality at every stage, including mock-ups, material inspections, and workmanship audits.·       - Ensure compliance with all contractual terms, including scope boundaries, SLAs, performance obligations, and deliverable timelines.·       - Manage contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely and quality delivery of works and materials.·       - Conduct regular site coordination meetings and maintain daily progress reports (DPRs).·       Cost, Quality & Compliance Control·       - Validate BOQs, GFC drawings, and contractor billing checkpoints.·       - Implement Altre’s compliance, QA/QC, and documentation frameworks across all project activities.·       - Monitor adherence to approved budgets, variation controls, and change management processes.·       - Lead periodic quality audits and ensure all deviations are captured, justified, and closed with corrective actions.·       Client & Stakeholder Management·       - Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all project communications.·       - Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure seamless coordination between client, landlord, consultants, and internal teams.·       - Provide structured project updates through reports, dashboards, and review presentations.·       Handover & Closeout·       - Drive project completion, snag rectification, documentation, and certification for handover.·       - Ensure proper closure of project financials, warranties, and post-occupancy deliverables.Qualifications & Experience• Education: B.E. / B.Tech (Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical) or Diploma in Civil Engineering. • Preferred: PMP / Prince2 / LEED / IGBC or equivalent certification. • Experience: 8–15 years in interior fit-outs, commercial projects, or PMC/D&B delivery. • Sector Exposure: Corporate offices, GCCs, BFSI, Pharma, Tech, or Real Estate sectors preferred.Skills & Attributes• Strong understanding of project management lifecycle, MEP systems, finishes, and compliance. • Proven ability to enforce contractual obligations and manage claims or deviations. • Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera, Excel trackers, and project dashboards. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills. • Strong eye for detail, commitment to quality, and a structured, outcome-oriented approach.Why Join Altre• Be part of a fast-scaling national platform redefining workspace delivery in India. • Work on landmark corporate and GCC projects with global quality standards. • Experience technology-enabled governance, transparent systems, and a culture that rewards performance and accountability. • Attractive compensation and growth opportunities across cities.To ApplySend your profile and project portfolio to careers@altre.co.in with the subject line “Project Manager – [City Name] | Altre Build Tech
