Job Title: EDI SpecialistOur organization is seeking a seasoned EDI Specialist with in-depth knowledge of Oracle EBS and Oracle E-Commerce Gateway, as well as hands-on experience with IBM Sterling.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end EDI operations, including integrations, onboarding, and coordination with global customers.Utilize Oracle EBS and Oracle E-Commerce Gateway to handle EDI workflows efficiently.Support existing EDI transactions (850/855/856/810) and cater to additional customer requests.Collaborate closely with IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration between ERP and EDI systems.Work effectively with IBM Sterling at a functional level, capable of supporting minimal configurations and coordination with the VAN team.Facilitate communication with trading partners to guarantee smooth execution.Essential Skills:Expert proficiency in Oracle EBS, specifically Oracle E-Commerce Gateway (Inbound/Outbound processing).Familiarity with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator – understanding of flows, configurations, tracking, and coordination (hands-on experience a plus).Thorough comprehension of EDI standards: X12, EDIFACT.Exceptional communication and customer-facing skills.Bonus Requirements:Experience with global EDI implementations (US/EU/APAC).Awareness of common transactions: 850, 855, 856, 810, etc.
