Job Description:


We are looking for a skilled MERN Stack Frontend Lead Engineer to spearhead the

development of frontend systems for our virtual classroom platform. As the Full Stack

Frontend Lead, you will lead a team focused on developing responsive, user-friendly

interfaces for both administrators and customers. You will be responsible for building robust

media-driven components for our classroom products and creating efficient admin

dashboards. Your role will include ensuring the scalability and maintainability of frontend

applications while collaborating with backend developers and other stakeholders.


Responsibilities:


● Lead the development of admin-facing dashboards and customer-facing classroom

products with a focus on intuitive, media-rich user interfaces.

● Work closely with designers and product managers to create smooth, interactive user

experiences for the classroom environment.

● Architect and implement scalable, responsive, and performant frontend solutions

using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and Redux.

● Develop media components such as video players, whiteboards, and interactive tools

to enhance the virtual classroom experience.

● Mentor and guide the frontend development team, conducting code reviews, and

promoting best practices in performance, security, and scalability.

● Collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs, manage data flows, and ensure

seamless functionality.

● Ensure a high standard of code quality and maintainability across all frontend

projects.

● Continuously optimize applications for speed and responsiveness, ensuring excellent

user experience across different devices.


Required Skills:

● 4+ years of professional experience in frontend development, including hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+) and React.

● Strong expertise in React and Redux for managing complex state in web applications.

● Experience with TypeScript.

● Strong understanding of server-side rendering (SSR) and experience with Next.js for performance optimization.

● Proven experience working with media-rich components (e.g., video players, interactive tools) in a web environment.

● Experience building admin dashboards and customer-facing products with a focus on usability and performance.

● Deep understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and performance optimization for web applications.

● Proficient with frontend build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel).

● Familiarity with backend development using Node.js, Express, or equivalent.

● Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and handling complex data flows.
