The Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Sales Team Leader to spearhead our revenue growth

initiatives and lead a high-performing sales team. This role offers a unique opportunity to

make a significant impact in the EdTech sector while working with cutting-edge educational

solutions.


  • Drive and inspire a high-performing sales team of 15-20 members to exceed targets
  • and foster a culture of excellence
  • Architect and execute innovative sales strategies to accelerate revenue growth
  • Design and implement data-driven performance metrics through sophisticated KRAs
  • and KPIs
  • Provide transformational leadership through personalized coaching and mentoring
  • Forge and nurture strategic client relationships while managing premium accounts
  • Conduct advanced sales analytics and create actionable insights from complex data
  • Orchestrate seamless collaboration between sales and other departments
  • Leverage modern CRM tools to optimize sales processes and reporting
  • Lead engaging team meetings and conduct comprehensive performance reviews
  • Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of proven leadership experience in EdTech sales, with
  • demonstrable success records
  • Track record of successfully managing and scaling teams of 15+ members
  • Expert-level proficiency in contemporary CRM tools and sales management
