Job Title: Supply Chain Manager – Pharma Operations Industry: Pharmaceutical Experience Required: Minimum 4 -5 years Education: Degree in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Sciences (Mandatory) - - - Company Overview: We are a growing pharmaceutical organization committed to delivering affordable, high -quality medicines. We are seeking a capable and experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations, with a special focus on multi -pharmacy management and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Procurement & Vendor Management: - Source cost -effective and quality medicines from reliable vendors. - Handle negotiations and build strong supplier networks. - Inventory & Stock Control: - Maintain accurate stock levels across multiple pharmacy locations. - Implement effective inventory management systems and perform regular audits. - Operations Oversight: - Manage the entire supply chain workflow—from purchasing to distribution. - Coordinate smooth logistics and day -to -day operations across pharmacy outlets. - Multi -Pharmacy Management: - Ensure consistent stock availability, pricing, and procurement across all pharmacy branches. - Standardize supply chain processes and ensure operational compliance. - Sales Coordination: - Collaborate with the sales team to fulfill demand forecasts and stock requirements. - Share actionable insights to boost sales and customer satisfaction. - Team Leadership: - Lead operations and warehouse teams across locations. - Monitor team performance and encourage productivity and accountability. Candidate Profile: - Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Sciences (mandatory). - Minimum 4 -5 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical supply chain. - *Must have prior experience in managing operations across multiple pharmacy outlets.* - Strong knowledge of pharma procurement, logistics, and inventory systems. - Excellent negotiation, organizational, and team management skills. - Familiarity with pharma compliance regulations and audit procedures.
