Job Title: Data Onboarding SpecialistJob Summary:We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Data Onboarding Specialist to coordinate and deliver multiple small-to-medium projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth onboarding and timely delivery of utility data connections.Main Responsibilities:Manage multiple building-level projects, collecting and organizing project-related information.Coordinate the collection of consumption data across electricity, gas, heat, PV, and water utilities.Act as the central communication point between internal teams, clients, hardware partners, installers, and building stakeholders.Schedule and conduct project kick-off meetings, bi-weekly or monthly progress updates, and provide clear reporting on project milestones.Maintain a clear overview of all ongoing projects, prioritise tasks effectively, and ensure progress against agreed timelines.Key Skills and Qualifications:Strong ownership and accountability.Proactive problem-solving and critical thinking.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Minimum 2 years of experience in project management or operations.Experience collaborating with international teams or clients.Benefits and Working Conditions:This is a remote position.Working hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Amsterdam time.As this role involves working with external consultants, the engagement will be on an external consultant agreement, not an employment contract.
