Description: We seek a talented Graphic and Web Designer with a blend of creativity, technical skills, and an analytical mindset to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging designs and print material that resonate with our audience and align with our brand’s goals. The role involves designing for both web and print media, emphasizing delivering a product that effectively communicates the business message and supports marketing or branding strategies.
This position is going to be on-site in Goa, India.
Attributes required for this role: Artistic Ability
Demonstrates the capacity to create visually engaging and artistically sound designs and web and print material that captivates clients and consumers using Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDRAW and Canva.
Analytical Skills
Possesses a keen understanding of design’s impact from a business viewpoint; can evaluate the effectiveness of designs from a consumer perspective.
Digital & Social Media Fluency
Thoroughly familiar with current trends and best digital and social media design practices.
Familiarity with current design trends and technologies.
Technical Proficiency
Strong knowledge of web technology, including web design principles, responsive design, and coding (HTML/CSS/Java).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Flash, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign.
Familiarity with Squarespace and Wix.
Using WordPress and editors like Elementor or WP Bakery will be an added advantage.
Tech awareness of tools like Elements Envato for templates and plugins
Applied Art Expertise
Proven experience in creating compelling visual ads and graphical elements.
Photography Skills
The ability to capture and edit high-quality photographs for use in projects will be an added advantage.
Attention to Detail
Demonstrates an impeccable eye for detail, ensuring work is thorough and requires minimal revisions.
Proofreading and Writing
Strong writing skills with an emphasis on clear, engaging, and error-free copy.

Experience and Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Applied Arts, Web Design, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in graphic and web design.
Proficiency in design software such as CorelDRAW, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), and web design tools.
Portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and web design work.
Job Description Design and develop visually compelling graphics and web pages that align with business and marketing goals.
Create compelling visual elements for websites and digital and social media platforms that reflect the company’s branding.
Develop branding materials to enhance the company's online presence.
Develop layouts for landing pages, product pages, and other websites.
Design advertisements and banner ads for promotional purposes.
Work with CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign to create print materials.
Utilise CSS for website design and e-commerce application development.
Use your skills in graphic design to create visually striking digital art.
Utilising Adobe Dreamweaver and Adobe Flash to create interactive web content.
Analyse design projects from a business perspective to ensure they communicate the desired message and appeal to the target audience. This could include still or video artwork for print or social/ digital media, brochures, magazines, etc.
Develop graphics for product illustrations, logos, and websites
Integrate photography and digital art into cohesive designs; capture original photographs when required.
Communicating a professional but unique social media “voice/style” for varied audiences.
Review and maintain websites and web links and keep them updated, appealing, and practical to purpose at all times.
Test and improve the design of the websites, establishing design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
Collaborate with management and the team to assess their needs, conceptualise and implement creative ideas for websites, and create visual elements, visually stunning designs, and customer touch points that align with our branding.
Stay abreast to understand what appeals to various audiences both nationally & internationally.
Stay updated with web technologies and their application in enhancing marketing initiatives.
Implement feedback constructively and proactively seek ways to improve work output.
