Key Responsibilities: Identify, qualify, and bid for software and IT service projects to drive business growth. Develop winning proposals and pricing strategies that meet client needs and expectations. Collaborate with technical teams to understand project scope and delivery timelines, ensuring timely and successful project completion. Establish and maintain long-term relationships with international clients, fostering trust and loyalty. Track, follow up, and close deals effectively, ensuring maximum conversion rates. Required Skills and Qualifications: 1–3 years' experience in IT project bidding or business development, with a strong understanding of the industry. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and internal teams. Familiarity with Upwork, Freelancer, and Sales Navigator, as well as other relevant platforms and tools. Understanding of IT services such as Web & App Development, Cloud Solutions, AI Integrations, and other emerging technologies.
