Job OverviewAs a GCP Cloud Developer/Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting enterprise application migrations from on-premise environments to Google Cloud Platform (GCP).The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of GCP services and experience with application migration strategies and tools.Key Responsibilities:Assess existing application architectures and recommend GCP-native designs for scalability, security, and cost optimization.Collaborate with project teams to plan and execute migration strategies, including rehosting, refactoring, and replatforming.Provide expertise on GCP services, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, and security compliance.Troubleshoot and resolve migration challenges related to networking, identity management, data transfer, and application dependencies.Work closely with architects, developers, and operations teams to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and governance.Maintain migration playbooks, architecture diagrams, and lessons learned for continuous improvement.Required Skills:Strong knowledge of GCP services.Experience with application migration strategies and tools.Proficiency in Terraform or similar IaC tools.Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD practices.Ability to identify and remediate technical blockers quickly.This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and make a real impact on our clients' business.
