Job OverviewYou will be an integral part of our AI Platform Team, supporting the next generation AI architecture for various research and engineering teams.Partner with vendors and infrastructure engineering teams to ensure security and service availabilityCollaborate with engineering teams, researchers, and data scientists to fix production issues related to performance and functionalityDiagnose and resolve customer technical problems in a timely mannerDevelop training materials for customers and prepare reports on customer issuesDrive improvements in customer service and recommend product enhancementsCreate support documentation to aid customersResponsibilitiesDesign and implement zero-downtime solutions to monitor and ensure high availability (99.999%) of servicesIdentify opportunities to automate tasks as part of the problem management process, creating automation to prevent issuesEstablish engineering excellence for operational maturityCollaborate with AI platform developers to provide a CI/CD model for deploying and configuring production systems automaticallyDevelop and adhere to operational standard processes for tools and automation developmentRequired Skills:Demonstrated ability in designing, building, refactoring, and releasing software in Java and PythonStrong experience with Big Data technologies including Hadoop, Spark, Flink, Hive, HDFSAbility to handle data integration, bug fixing, performance optimization, and feature enhancements for distributed data pipelinesExperience with building batch pipelines to support billion-scale embedding generation for text, image, and video is highly desirable
