Job Description:Job Title: Project Manager - Solar EPC (Ground-Mounted Projects)Location: Khavda, Gujarat,ExperienceRequired: Minimum 7+ years in Solar Ground-Mounted Projects Project Experience:Must have handled 200MW+ cumulative capacity Total Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with extensive experience in Solar EPC ground-mounted projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and budget adherence for large-scale solar installations. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage solar EPC projects from planning to commissioning. Oversee site execution, resource planning, and contractor management. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams for seamless project delivery. Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for stakeholders. Manage project budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies. Liaise with clients, vendors, and government authorities as required. Ensure documentation and approvals are in place for all project phases. Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical, Civil preferred). Minimum 7years of experience in Solar EPC ground-mounted projects. Proven track record of managing 200MW+ solar projects. Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.). Knowledge of relevant regulations, grid connectivity, and safety standards. Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
