We’re looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst with deep expertise in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) to join our global team.Why You’ll Love This RoleWork on high-impact transformation projects with cutting-edge ServiceNow capabilities.Collaborate with a multi-cultural, distributed team in a dynamic environment.Enjoy the flexibility of a remote role with long-term stability.What You’ll DoAct as a key liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into actionable solutions.Drive initiatives across SPM modules: PPM, demand, project, resource management, strategic planning, and EAP.Facilitate workshops, demos, and stakeholder sessions to ensure clarity and alignment.Break down complex concepts into clear deliverables and actionable steps.What We’re Looking For6+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst / Product Manager / Product Owner on the ServiceNow platform.Strong expertise in Strategic Portfolio Management (PPM, demand, project, resource management, strategic planning, EAP).Knowledge of Agile methodologies, especially SAFe.Familiarity with CSDM and overall ServiceNow platform capabilities.Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) and ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.Experience in leading workshops, preparing demos, and working in large transformation projects.A team player with a positive attitude and open mindset.
